Our Sessions will focus on fundamental boxing and athletic conditioning skills to improve discipline, increase sense of security and confidence teaching boxing fundamentals. Boxing fundamentals includes: basic punches, combinations, footwork exercises, and head and body movements. While working on boxing fundamentals, participants will build endurance, speed, stamina and core strength through timed athletic conditioning drills.
